Note: Many parts are for race or competition use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks at performance modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk. Raydens Group, LLC. dba RG Sport or RGSport.com / RGSportShop.com holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products. Some items listed are illegal in many states and only for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public highway.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to RG Sport. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. RG Sport reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. RG Sport reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. RG Sport may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed a online, phone order, or other type of order with RG Sport, you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to ship. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by phone for immediate attention.
The import market we deal in is currently one of the hottest cars right now on the market. What does that mean to you as a customer, hard to get products. Parts turnover is quick. So when you order from us we put you in line to receive the product if it is not instock. Some specialty items may need to be ordered from overseas and can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. However if you order from us and a problem occurs, these are the steps to follow.
If you order a product, your credit card is charged immediately as stated above. We will notify you the status of the order and the product availability. If you choose to cancel the order after the same day we received or not during business hours when the order has been processed, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be credited back to you.
Special Order Items
Some items may be special order specifically for the customers vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or paid in full. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.
RG Sport accepts all major Credit Cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay, and Bank Transfers with appropriate billing and shipping addresses to be verified. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, etc. Payments made through our website are secured and encrypted.
All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. RG Sport does not offer any of their own warranties and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. All products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other then by our own mistake of incorrect shipping. Any item that is altered or changed from its original state without the consent of the manufacture, will not be able to be returned or receive warranty support. The warranty of a product is facilitated by RG Sport, however we can only enforce the manufactures decisions.
By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of ONLY the stock part it is replacing. Our Shipping and Return Policy
All products are ships from our office in Southern California, USA. Drop ships direct from Vendor would only be done if necessary. All products are will be shipped mainly via UPS or USPS. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages. Items normally ship within 2 - 3 business days of receiving payment. The listed shipping quotes includes insurance and applies to the North America Continent only.
We do ship internationally to anywhere in the world where we feel comfortable with. Under circumstances we can't provide the shipping service, third party shipping service can be arranged.
In the event a product arrives damaged, please follow the steps listed below. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may not be able to be claimed for the insurance.
- 1. Take pictures of the damaged area of the product and email them to us at email@example.com.
- 2. Keep the product and its original packaging box and material.
- 3. Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s).
- 4. RG Sport shipping department will contact the shipping company once the email with all the info above are received and schedule a pickup, DO NOT send it back to us.
- 5. Once the product is picked up and inspected by the shipping company, a replacement will be sent.
The shipping rates shown at the time of checkout are dimensional rate only. If your shipment weight is too much, then contact us for a shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted, we will contact you and let you know of the changes. International order (Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you.
If a product is ordered and not wanted, item can be returned for a 20% restocking fee as long as it is UNUSED and still in its original condition and packaging. Return item has to be insured and paid fully by you. Shipping fee is not refundable in either direction. All need to be returned item MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date and a RMA# will be given. No return will be accepted without a RMA#. Once received and inspected, a refund will be given, under circumstances that the returned item is in its original condition (UNUSED/UNINSTALLED or NOT DAMAGED) and in its original packaging, otherwise we have right to refuse the item and no refund will be given. Refused return or no RMA# return will be treated as abandoned item, you will be responsible for return shipment to you or it will be discarded after 30 days of abandonment.
In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by us, we will arrange for the package return shipment and will ship out a replacement. We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.
- 1. Contact our customer service department to receive a RMA#. All packages returned without a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number) will be refused.
- 2. Pack the item up in its original packaging unless deemed unusable.
- 3. Include the UNUSED parts and any additional information that was included.
- 4. Include a copy of your receipt.
- 5. Write a brief description of the problem with the product.
- 6. If you have a receipt for the return shipping, include as well.
- 7. We DO NOT accept any freight collect packages.
